Because we sell perishable food items, we do not accept returns once items have been:

• Delivered
• Collected

Refunds are not issued for:

• Failure to be available to receive delivery
• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

2. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
• Wrong item supplied by us
• Missing item from an order
• Item damaged in transit (must be reported promptly)

All refund requests must be supported with clear evidence (photos/videos where applicable).
